Placing an order with My Bendel is easy, fast and safe.
To order
Our employees operate between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and you can always contact us by phone or e-mail.
As long as we receive your order before 16.00 on working days, it will be immediately prepared for shipping the same day.
Yes you can buy without registering. If you do choose to register you can view your orders again and you will be able to enter less details next time. Decide what's best for you.

All prices include VAT and are subject to changes.
Payment
At My Bendel you have various secure payment options. All payments are made through the secure connection of Mollie payment services, we never have access to your personal information such as credit card or bank account numbers. You can pay us through the following payment systems:

Guarantee
We guarantee that your purchase will meet your expectations. My Bendel provides a 2-year warranty on production errors and a 6-month warranty on all products. Within this period, your purchase will be repaired, replaced or you will receive a voucher free of charge.
Send us an email (with photo) and your purchase invoice in order to process your complaint. We will then contact you with a helpful resolution.
Understandably, misuse of the product is never covered by a warranty.
Complaints
If something didn't go as expected or if you are not satisfied with the product, you can always email us. State the order number, name and briefly describe the problem. Adding a photo to your email helps when it comes to a product complaint.
Exchange
If you do not like or if your My Bendel jewelry doesn't fit, you can always exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Send your jewelry back to us in the original packaging with packing slip in a sealed envelope / box. Fill in the return form (withdrawal form) that you can download via this link.

If you want to exchange your jewelry for a different size or if you have selected a different product, you can indicate this on the return form (withdrawal form). If you do not want a new piece of jewelry or gift voucher, your money will be returned to your account within 14 days.
Exceptions:
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
Right of withdrawal / cancel order
You have the right to cancel your order or agreement within 14 days and without a reason. The right of withdrawal is protected by law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify My Bendel by e-mail that you wish to cancel the agreement. You can use the withdrawal form which you can download via this link. When you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments according to the payment method you chose at the time of ordering. We will initiate the payment refund as soon as we have the product in our possession undamaged. You are responsible for costs related to shipping the product.
We will refund your money within 14 days with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
You must return the jewelry to us within 30 days. As soon as possible is best, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have announced your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are within the acceptble limit if you return the product before the period of 14 days has expired.
